IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - AMSAG AGM and 2025 Presentation

The AMSAG Executive have resolved to call the 2026 AMSAG Annual General Meeting to be held on Saturday 21st February.

The meeting will be held at Kingswood Sports Club, 2 Santley Cres, Kingswood NSW 2747 commencing at 2:30pm.

Doors to the function room will open at 2pm. Please arrive in time to sign on for the meeting before it commences.

Accordingly, nominations are now open for both the AMSAG Executive and Sporting Committee. 

Nomination Forms can be downloaded on the Event Page on the AMSAG Website, or on the email distributed to all members. 

Please return your Nomination Form to the AMSAG Secretary via email at agm@amsag.com.au by no later than 5pm on Saturday 14th February 2026.

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, but still wish to have your vote counted towards any matters on the day, please complete the Proxy Form also available on the Event Page and Email.

Please Note: you must be a current financial member for a vote to be cast. This means you will need to hold either Competitive Membership (Full or Junior) or a Non-Competitive Membership. Officials or Single Event Memberships are not entitled to a vote.

In addition to the AGM, an Awards Ceremony for the 2025 AMSAG Southern Cross Rally Series will be held at the same venue following the completion of the AGM, commencing at 4:30pm. 

There will be no costs for members to attend, nor will there be any formal sit-down meals. Food and drinks can be ordered from the club bistro and brought into the room if you wish. 

Following the completion of the Awards Ceremony, we will be able to have a social catch-up to celebrate our 2025 winners and discuss the upcoming season.
