AMSAG to trial WOLF Entry Platform

AMSAG has committed to trialling the WOLF Entry Platform for the Rosewood & Monaro Stages Rallies. If we see that the use of the platform is beneficial, then we intend on using it for all events moving forward.

We see the WOLF Platform as a valuable tool that will assist our event teams with streamlining the event documentation process. It will also put the power back into competitors' hands in terms of the entry process and change of entry details.

We understand that our current process for both submitting an entry or amending an entry once submitted via our website can be a little bit clunky. This is due to the limitations of the website. And we believe the setup of the WOLF Platform will alleviate some of those pain points.

We are making this announcement now in order to provide potential entrants to either the Rosewood or Monaro Stages events enough time to get your WOLF Profile completed. We again acknowledge that the profile setup process for WOLF may be a little confusing or frustrating for some. However, we are confident that once your profile is created, the ongoing entry process will make things a lot easier. Given we have already received a significant number of entries to the Bago Rally, it would not have been feasible to bring in this change for the new running of the Bago event. Therefore, Rosewood is a better option as a first event to start the trial.

All you need is an Email Address, Name, Mobile Number and a password to create a Login to the system. Once your login has been created, you can then start your competitor's profile. Please allow 15–20 minutes for this part of the process, and it is recommended this is done on a computer rather than a mobile device.
