Update on Carabost Rallysprint

Information to competitors from the Wagga Car Club.

The Carabost Rallysprint is full steam ahead - we have a good field of cars and the light rain forecast for this weekend will be great for the event - it has been very dry down our way and the rain will not be an issue.  The forecast for the rally weekend is very good.

With the dry conditions, the owner of the service park has advised that there will likely be no fires allowed.  So camping is available at the service park but no fires.  If this is an issue for anyone, I have spoken to the Rosewood Golf Club and general  camping is available there for $10.00 a night per person.  Fires are allowed at the Golf Club.  The club will be open on Friday night to pay and use at the club - a BBQ will also be run there.  Please pay the club or if you get stuck you can pay at the Rail Trail Café down the road or Toby or myself if all else fails - and I will pass it on.

Reminder that there is no food available at the service park - please come self-sufficient and take your rubbish with you.

BULLETIN.

There will be no check-in available on Friday night - Check-in will now be open from 6-30am to 7-30am on Saturday morning 13 April 2024 at the service park.

For those who might wish to do the halda check on Friday afternoon, it can be located as follows.

The start point is located immediately south of the Service Park Gates - Pink arrow marked '0'.  The check is 2 kms heading south, finishing at a set of gates with a pink arrow marked '2'.
