Notice to All Members - 2023 AGM

The AMSAG Executive have resolved to call the 2023 Annual General Meeting which will be conducted on Saturday 18th February 2023.
To be held at The Richmond Club, 6 E Market St, Richmond NSW 2753 the meeting will start at 12:00pm Midday.
A Special Resolution has also been raised which will be discussed and voted upon at the meeting.
The Special Resolution that has been proposed is to amend the Constitution as follows:-
1. To increase the size of the Executive from four (4) to five (5) members, also that this person is Chairperson of the Steering Committee. The title for this new position could be Club Captain.
2. To change the name of the Steering Committee to Sporting Committee to better reflect its current purpose.
3. To have the number of members on the Steering Committee/Sporting Committee fixed at five (5) which includes the Club Captain.

If you wish to cast a vote for the Special Resolution, but you cannot attend the meeting in person, please complete a Proxy Form. You can nominate the Chairperson of the Meeting or another member who will be at the meeting to vote on your behalf. Note: no member may hold more than 5 proxies.
