Black Springs Rally Update

Just a quick update.

All stages have been set up. The forest roads are in great condition.

We have access issues on one transport. At this stage this will be checked in the morning. And if still inaccessible we will drop the stage from the morning loop and try it again in the afternoon.

The Service Park will be wet, so please take care when setting up your service areas. If you find a vehicle is stuck, please don't try and drive it out, come and see a service park official and we will help tow you out.
