Rosewood Rallysprint entries now open

Category: Event Updates

Due to Covid 19 the 2021 Rosewood Rally had to be cancelled.

Wagga and District Car Club are intending to conduct a smaller scale event – a Rallysprint on the same date which is open to members of AMSAG and those who are able to travel to Rosewood under relevant Covid Restrictions.

The event will be a standalone event i.e. Not part of any AMSAG Series, however it will be a part of the ACT Regional Rally Series.

It will feature one special stage run 3 times in each direction to a total competitive of about 90 kms.

At least 20 paid entries as at 9 am on Monday 23rd August will be required to confirm numbers and running of the event. If there are insufficient entries to conduct the event or Covid restrictions are such that the event needs to be cancelled, all paid entries will be refunded.

Entries will be accepted after Monday 23 August – but there will need to be at least 20 entries confirmed by that date to allow the event to run financially.

The stage is part of the original rally and the WDCC thank Forestry Corporation for their support and work to assist them in running this event.

Please note key the following key items.

* The service park will be in an open area on private property adjacent to the State Forest and a few kilometres from the stage.

* Competitors will need to bring their own food and beverages. There will be a portable toilet provided.

* There is no camping available at the event. Rosewood Golf Club will be the closest camping venue.

* Entry will be via the AMSAG web site but payments are to go directly to Wagga and District Car Club.

All competitors will be required to acknowledge the Covid 19 Plan that will apply at the event and all persons are expected to abide by the restrictions.
