Please note that this form is not to be used to submit an entry to an event.
This form is only to be used once you have already submitted an entry and you need to update details that were missing on your initial submission.
If you are unsure if your entry was successful, please check your emails as an automated email is sent upon a successful submission. Alternatively refer to the Events Tab on your Member Profile as this will show all events that you have submitted and entry for.
If you wish to submit an entry to an event, please head back to the Event Page and click the Purchase Tickets link to go through to the event entry payment screen to select your preferred method of payment, which will then allow you to proceed to the entry form.
Submissions through this form will not be considered an entry submission to an Event.
It is a condition of entry that the Driver and Navigator intending on competing in the event both agree to the AASA Indemnity Waiver, a copy of which can be found here: AASA Release and Waiver of Indemnity
If you are adding in Navigator details that were not previously supplied on your Event Entry submission and the Agreement checkbox was not selected, please confirm their acceptance of the Release and Waiver Indemnity by ticking the below checkbox.
